The Story
Jacqueline Nyaoro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Greenome Invest, an advisory firm dedicated to bridging investment disparities while serving all entrepreneurs. Greenome places a special focus on empowering underrepresented founders.
Despite statistics showing that less than 10% of capital goes to these underrepresented groups, Jacqueline views this as an opportunity rather than a challenge. As a female founder of color in the male-dominated investment industry, she has taken a bold leap of faith in connecting two tribes: trailblazing founders and forward-thinking investors.
The leap has been spot on.
With over 25 years of experience—particularly in clean tech and the fundraising landscape—Jacqueline has honed the skills and insights that underpin her investment philosophy. She also provides practical, visionary leadership to the Greenome team.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jacqueline is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting initiatives that enhance women’s livelihoods across Africa.
The Story
Juan Moreno is a seasoned investment banker and dealmaker with a distinctive advantage—his comprehensive experience across both buy and sell-side situations. He has spearheaded key deals across a wide array of verticals and transaction types. His ability to navigate both sides of the capital markets ensures that clients receive well-rounded, strategic advice.
Juan Moreno honed his skills at Farad Investment Management S.A., a leading European asset manager in Luxembourg, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in the Benelux region. There, he helped deploy capital into innovative ventures, developing a keen understanding of investor dynamics and strategic capital allocation.
His experience further expanded on Wall Street in New York, where he held roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Deutsche Bank within the investment banking division. At these institutions, he took part in a diverse array of debt and equity transactions, demonstrating his expertise across multiple asset classes and complex financial structures.
Juan Moreno’s unique blend of international and Wall Street experience, coupled with his proficiency in managing both the capital and strategic aspects of transactions, positions him as a formidable player in the boutique investment banking sector.
